What Uproot Creative Does
Three ways to work together.Workshops: Small, AI-powered group sessions where purpose-driven founders leave with tangible assets — LinkedIn posts in their own voice, clarified brand narratives, pitch language they can actually use. Live facilitation, not recorded courses.Community: A membership for mission-led founders who want peer conversation, structured practice, and a place to think out loud with people who take them seriously. (Coming in 2026.)Coaching: A small number of one-on-one engagements each year, for founders at an inflection point who want an architect in their corner.

How I work
I combine three things that rarely live in the same person: deep human presence, strategic synthesis across wildly different domains, and AI fluency.That combination lets me do something unusual... create the conditions in which transformation becomes inevitable, and build the systems that let it scale beyond the room.
The work is grounded in design thinking, Vipassana-informed listening, two decades of facilitation practice, and a working knowledge of the AI tools that are quietly changing what's possible for solo founders.

About Adam
I've spent 25 years at the intersection of technology and humanity, as a CTO and technology partner building SaaS platforms, and as a facilitator of mastermind groups, personal development courses, and social-impact accelerators since 2005.I facilitate for GiveBackHack and SEA Change, both of which helping entrepreneurs launch new social impact businesses. I host the People Helping People podcast, and coach with Ultraspeaking.Underneath the titles, the work has always been about building the architecture: the systems, communities, and conversations that let other people do the work they're here to do. Uproot Creative is where that becomes its own practice.
